FULL TUTORING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
SiSTEM helps campuses implement an end-to-end solution by providing tutoring services, tutors, and tutor training for students in Kindergarten to Graduate-Level coursework
How does this service work?
Tutoring Services: SiSTEM provides in-person or online tutoring services for 1-5 students at a time in Math, Science, Reading, Writing, Foreign Language, Programming Languages and Test Prep subjects for students in Kindergarten all the way to Graduate and Professional School. Tutoring is during the school day, after school or Saturday school in an in-person or online capacity. SiSTEM can provide curriculum and materials that mirror and align to your state-standards.
Tutor Recruitment: SiSTEM outlines a full-scale recruitment strategy and plan designed to build an applicant pool large enough to meet established.
Tutoring Training: SiSTEM will provide access to ongoing training modules and workshops to tutors in a synchronous or asynchronous format. These workshops can be virtual or in-person throughout the duration of the tutoring program.
SCHOOL STAFF RECRUITMENT
SiSTEM helps campuses find and retain qualified tutors, substitute teachers, certified teachers and other school staff.

After-School STEM Enrichment
SiSTEM provides an after-school STEM program that sparks learning and ignites interest by letting students experiment with STEM ideas in real-world situations
How does this service work?
SiSTEM will offer after-school enrichment activities to students in Grades K-8.
Students will complete hands-on experiments, robotics, coding, science fair projects, math games, puzzles, and will have opportunities to meet guest speakers who specialize in STEM careers
Students will also have opportunities to move their bodies by participating in physical activity
SiSTEM will provide activities take place on campus grounds in a face-to-face environment
TUTOR TRAINING
SiSTEM helps schools train tutors to ensure a high quality tutoring experience for students, teachers and administrators
How does this service work?
SiSTEM will provide access to ongoing training modules and workshops to tutors in a synchronous or asynchronous format. These workshops can be virtual or in-person throughout the duration of the tutoring program
SiSTEM will provide frequent tutor evaluations and observations to ensure tutors are meeting goals and outcomes
SiSTEM will align tutor training based on the requirements and needs of the campus and tutor evaluation outcomes
ESL Enrichment
SiSTEM provides ESL enrichment for students in Kindergarten all the way up to adult level education in Spanish, Swahili, Arabic, Pashto, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tamil, Malay, French, Russian, and Ukrainian
How does this service work?
SiSTEM will offer activities such as homework help, conversational english practice, pronunciation and accent reduction practice, listening and peaking exercises, grammar and vocabulary building, presentation and public speaking opportunities, and invitations to campus-based cultural and social events
SiSTEM will provide enrichment that takes place on campus grounds or in a virtual environment
